Submit your abstract for APTCON 2026, starting from 01/04/2026.
Last date for submission is 15 July 2026.
The abstract must communicate original research conducted in compliance with the National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research Involving Human Participants (2017) and the guidelines for animal research formulated by the Committee for Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CCSEA).
Institutional Ethics Committee approval with approval number must be submitted.
All abstracts will be screened for plagiarism. Plagiarism beyond the permissible limit will result in rejection. No resubmission or a second chance will be provided.
Abstracts should not have been published as full papers in peer-reviewed journals nor presented before at other conferences.
All authors must have made substantial contributions, and any conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
The scientific committee reserves the right to reject or withdraw abstracts that do not comply with these requirements.
The anonymized abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the APTCON 2026 Conference Abstract eBook as a PDF document.
1. Only electronic submission of abstracts in Word format is permitted.
2. Submission is possible only after registration for the conference.
3. If an abstract is withdrawn, the registration fee will not be refunded.
4. Abstract can be submitted under either (a) Poster OR (b) Oral/Poster.
5. The submitted abstract will be reviewed, and the acceptance status will be intimated.
6. Mode of presentation of abstracts submitted under option (b) Oral/Poster, will be finalized by the Scientific committee and intimated to the presenter.
7. The author submitting the abstract will be the presenter.
8. Send the abstract prepared in Word format by email to aptcon2026@gmail.com
1. Prepare the abstract in Microsoft Word (Times New Roman, font size 12).
2. Use SI units of measure with standard abbreviations.
3. Other abbreviations must be spelled out on first mention, followed by the acronym in parentheses.
4. Avoid any information identifying the institution of the presenter in the body of the abstract.
5. The title of the abstract should be in sentence case.
The word limit for the abstract, excluding the title, is 300. Check that special characters, italics, superscript, subscript, and Greek letters are represented correctly.

Background (including rationale for study, study objectives, and hypothesis, if any)
Methods
Results
Conclusions
