Title alone should be on the first slide.
Content should be organized under the main headings: Background (including rationale for the study, objectives, and hypothesis, if any), Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
English must be the language of communication.
Third-party copyright material should not be included without permission or legal rights.
Use clear and standard fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, or Helvetica.
Minimum font size should be 24 points.
Ensure optimal contrast between text and background by using a white/light coloured background.
Remove hyperlinks. Internet access is not available.
Keep external files (Example - video files) in the same folder as your presentation.
Presentation file must be compatible with Microsoft Office.
Copy the entire presentation or its folder to a thumb drive or USB flash drive.
Bring the presentation on a readable thumb drive.
Hand the thumb drive to the technical team 1 hour before the presentation starts.
Ensure the presentation is loaded onto and compatible with the laptop at venue.
Bring a copy of the presentation on an alternate storage device as a backup.
There is no provision for presentations with personal laptops.
Total of 10 minutes: 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
Time limits will be strictly adhered to.
Participants revealing any identifying information in the presentation slides or oral delivery will be disqualified.
Slide advancer and laser pointer, podium microphones will be available.
Speaker countdown timer will be available.
